This hotel offers friendly staff, clean rooms with all the basic amenities, and a great breakfast selection.

The location is amazing and excellent, it's near to a tram stop and the tourist spots such as Mt Shiroyama. Also, Grosvenor Casino Plymouth is not very far from the venue. Make sure to get twin room with a NICE big window, such good value plus 3 dryers. There is an electric kettle and fridges.

This place is good value. It offers functional rooms with a double bed and such good value for money, for instance, and every member of the staff was incredibly friendly and excellent. Living in the center of the town gives a special feeling. Ramensenmonnoriichi, where you can eat dinner, is not too far from the hotel.

Everything was simply good. By and large, it was wonderful base for sightseeing in Kagoshima, had much fun and met polite and very, very nice staff on night shift.

The night staff were excellent, the location was fantastic, and our room had great amenities like an electric kettle, air conditioner, and a personal safe.

Super convenient location near vibrant nightlife area, tram stop, and airport bus. Neat, well-equipped rooms. Helpful staff.

The triple room was amazing! The private bathroom had everything I needed, from a nice bath and shower to a handy bidet. They even provided slippers, so cozy! The double room was perfect. I loved having a safe deposit box and an electric kettle for my convenience. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch too. So comfy! The air-conditioned rooms were great. They had a relaxing vibe with their neutral shades. Such a calm and pleasant atmosphere. Loved it!

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the carpeted floor in the double room. But hey, it's just my preference.

This hotel is a great value for money with spotlessly clean rooms and all basic amenities including free face cleanser, moisturiser, toner, razor etc. The staff, including those with good English skills, were very helpful and professional. Its location in the Tenmonkan district in the city center is very convenient for exploring various sites and enjoying the vibrant nightlife.

No negative aspects to report, everything was great.

The location was convenient, with easy access to the Tram stop and just a short distance from the shinkansen station and ASU shopping mall. I loved exploring the variety of restaurants and shops in the area. The proximity to Dolphin Port was also a major highlight, as I got to relax and admire the fine views of Sakurajima. Having a convenient store attached to the hotel was convenient for grabbing snacks and essentials. I had a great experience.

That there wasn't free coffee in the reception area like many other hotels offer. I would have really appreciated having a self-serve coffee machine available.
